There are no recipes really, just four easy steps:
Instructions for flower sunny-side-up and eggs in onion rings
- Cut bell peppers (also known as capsicums) or onions into 1/2 inch rings
- Place in a non-stick lightly-greased pan
- Season the eggs as you desire
- Crack an egg in the middle of each ring and cover/cook over low heat until done

Instructions for eggs baked in avocado and eggs in a hole
- Cut some bread rolls or avocados in half
- Hollow them out to fill the eggs
- Season the eggs as you desire
- Bake in an oven until done
