Check out these fashionable guests at the one-day event. Spotted by Beta Nisa.
As expected, Jakarta’s Hijab Day 2014 was filled with not only community support, love and a wealth of information, but also eye-catching styles.
Andrini Kusumadewi, 25 – Her red dress and red lipstick, paired with a red ankle-length dress and blue striped shirt, is a perfect reflection of her personal style: bold, yet still elegant and classic. Especially with those leather ankle boots!
Iqna Syah, 23 – You can never go wrong with black and white, and Iqna knew this very well as she pairs her white sequined top with a light black skirt for a simple elegant look, highlighted with a black transparent bag.
Lapasha Ammeeta, 24 –
Lapasha balances her one-tone trousers and blazer with a unique patterned handbag and crumpled scarf for a hint of texture. And those black boots are definitely rebelling against a one-tone colour outfit!
Nataya, 23 – You can never go wrong with pastel colours, and Nataya proves this right. Her soft and feminine combination of a peach shawl and shirt with a crumpled white skirt creates interesting texture. She tops this off with a matching sling bag.
Neilissa, 20 – Floral patterns are still a hit, as seen in this clever combination of grey floral pants and an oversized two-tone batwing top. To tie it all together, Neilissa slips on a pair of elegant white wedges.
Siti Mukaromah, 19 – Siti loves a simple combination of crème trousers and black shirt, but only with a statement oversized bag and gladiator sandals.
Hani Safiramadina, 21 – This is a nice play on colours. Hani combines a long red skirt with a loose green batwing top and colourful headscarf. To balance out all these colours, an adorable vintage bag does the job just fine.
